THE INFORMATION SESSION SERIES OF THE PLASTICS CIRCULARITY INNOVATION CHALLENGE
The Information Session 2024 is an activity within the framework of the “THE PLASTICS CIRCULARITY INNOVATION CHALLENGE 2024” aimed at raising awareness and generate ideas to promote the plastic circular value chain, particularly in the stages of collection, sorting, and recycling of plastic waste and soft plastic packaging; and foster multi-stakeholder connections to create links between the elements in the plastic circular value chain .
The Info Session series of the Plastics Circularity Innovation Challenge consists of two sessions:
Session 1 – Waste and Job Opportunities: Creating a chance for students and young people to explore the demands of the job market in the context of the ‘green transition’ trend; discovering opportunities that help students and young people be prioritized for recruitment by major companies and multinational corporations. At the Session, students and young people will also receive support to come up with ideas and present their solutions in the “Plastic Circularity Innovation Challenge.”
🔹Time: From 8:30 to 11:30 on May 23, 2024
🔹Location: Online via Zoom Platform
🔹Registration Deadline: At 12 pm on May 22, 2024
Session 2 – Unleashing the Potential of Circular Economy Plastics: Market Opportunities and Investment: The Session provides expert insights into the current state of the circular plastics value chain market, opportunities and challenges for solutions within the chain; the demand from corporations and opportunities to participate in their supply chains for solutions promoting plastic circularity. The Session also serves as a platform for solutions to meet, connect, and seize opportunities for collaboration, support, and investment from partners.

🔹Location: Online and Offline at Unilever Vietnam, 156 Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

ABOUT THE PLASTICS CIRCULARITY INNOVATION CHALLENGE 2024
The Plastics Circularity Innovation Challenge 2024 is organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE), Unilever Vietnam, the British Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (BritCham), and the Startup Vietnam Foundation (SVF), to find and promote innovative solutions in the plastic packaging value chain, especially soft plastic packaging towards sustainable development and encouraging the green living spirit of the community.
