• Competency profile presents process-based assessment systems that allow improvements from practical lessons consistent with the problems raised in the solution (L)
• Competency profile highlights interconnectedness of competencies which compatible with the needs and capacities of relevant parties as required by the topic (I)

(80%, 90%, or 100%)

• Competency profile has proven that the Management/Administration/Implementation team fully meets the effective and systematic approach on the organizational structure suitable for environment, operations, and effectiveness (A)
• Competency profile demonstrates a good problem-solving approach, with no significant gaps and weaknesses among groups of functions in the proposed solution (D)
• Competency profile presents process-based assessment systems that allow improvements based on practical lessons suitable for the problems raised in the  solutions, including lessons and some innovations in key management tools and are shared at the organizational level (L)
• Competency profile shows the good interconnectedness of competencies and is compatible with the needs and capacities of relevant parties as required by the topic (I)

Criteria will be evaluated based on the perspective of Process and Results. In there:

“Process” refers to the innovative method the solution uses and improves. The process is evaluated based on four interconnected factors, expressed as the development process of the solution:

“Results” refers to the outputs and impacts of the solution when applied. Four factors are used to evaluate results:

• Levels (Le)
• Development Trends (T)
• Comparisons with the market (Comparisons – C)
• Integration (I)
